The genuine Diplomaticos band is fairly simple. The centerpiece is an uncomplicated design that features a red carriage and a black outlined scroll sandwiched between the words "Diplomaticos" and "Habana." Notice how the word "Diplomaticos" actually touches the gold rim of the centerpiece; this is merely an imperfection commonly associated with these Cuban bands.
