Habanos Eyes Cutting Several Cigar Sizes

By Gregory Mottola, posted Monday, March 05, 2007

The Sancho Panza Sancho, a big A-sized smoke, is one of the cigars that could be discontinued.
Habanos S.A., the worldwide distributor of Cuban cigars, may discontinue dozens of sizes and packages over the next few years as it updates and reassesses the country's cigars for export.

The cancellation propositions come in the wake of several new cigars scheduled for a 2007 release, such as the Cohiba Maduro and the lineup of Edición Limitadas as well as the introduction of new tubes like the Montecristo Petit Edmundo.
